• Automatic extractor: Qiacube (Qiagen). The BRC has for project the extraction of DNA / RNA on liquids (blood, urine) and on tissues (for the future)
• DNA assay with the Qubit (Life technologiesⓇ)
• Automatic grinder: Tissuelyser II (Qiagen)
• Tissue samples at room temperature (FFPE).
